Job Summary
Route and schedule deliveries, inspect and load product, and perform pre-trip vehicle inspections. Lift and carry merchandise exceeding 50 lbs into customers' homes, assemble items as required, and conduct in-home customer service including settlements. Document delivery status, record mileage and fuel costs, and complete driver check-ins with proper merchandise accounting and invoicing. This full-time role reports to the Operations Manager within The Brick's Fleet division, a three-time Top Fleet Employer. Full-time associates can earn over $50,000 annually within the first 24 months, with top performers earning significantly more.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (G license only is needed)
- Current Driver's Abstract
- Ability to lift and carry heavy merchandise exceeding 50 lbs on a regular basis
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
- Must pass a criminal background check sponsored by The Brick
Desired Qualifications
- Delivery experience is an asset
- G license and experience driving a 5 ton truck
