Job Summary
Route and schedule deliveries, inspect and load product, and perform pre-trip vehicle inspections. Lift and carry merchandise exceeding 50 lbs into customers' homes, assemble items as required, and perform in-home customer service including settlements. Document delivery status, record mileage and fuel costs, and complete driver check-in with proper merchandise accounting and invoicing. Full-time role with guaranteed $22/hour for first 60 days, requiring a Class 5 license and ability to work shifts including evenings and weekends. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (class 5 only is needed) ~ Graduated is NOT sufficient
- Current Driver's Abstract
- Ability to lift and carry heavy merchandise exceeding 50 lbs on a regular basis
- High school diploma or equivalent would be an asset but not mandatory
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
- Must pass a criminal background check sponsored by The Brick
