Job Summary
Assist the Delivery Driver with route and schedule of deliveries, inspect and load product, and perform physical lifting and carrying of merchandise into customers' homes without damage. Document delivery status and assemble products in customers' homes while providing in-home customer service including settlements. This role requires the ability to lift heavy items exceeding 50 lbs regularly and flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends. Candidates must pass a criminal background check sponsored by The Brick. Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy merchandise exceeding 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent organization and communication skills
