Job Summary
Assist the Delivery Driver with route and schedule of deliveries, inspect and load product, and physically lift and carry merchandise into customers' homes. Document delivery status and perform assembly of product in customers' homes, while providing in-home customer service including settlements. You must be able to lift and carry heavy items exceeding 50 lbs regularly and maintain a customer-focused attitude. This role requires flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required. Full-time associates can earn over $50,000.00 annually within the first 24 months.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy merchandise exceeding 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
- Must pass a criminal background check sponsored by The Brick
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent would be an asset but not mandatory
