Job Summary
Assist the Delivery Driver with route and schedule of deliveries, inspect and load product, and physically lift and carry merchandise exceeding 50 lbs into customers' homes. Document delivery status and perform in-home customer service including customer settlements and product assembly. Report to the Operations Manager while maintaining a customer-focused attitude and excellent organization skills. Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends is required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy merchandise exceeding 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
- Must pass a criminal background check sponsored by The Brick
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
