Job Summary
Assist the Delivery Driver with route and schedule of deliveries, inspect and load product, and physically lift and carry merchandise into customers' homes without damage. Document delivery status and perform in-home customer service including settlements and product assembly. Maintain excellent organization and communication skills while reporting to the Fleet Manager. Full-time associates earn over $50,000 annually within the first 24 months, with top performers earning significantly more. Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy merchandise exceeding 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
- Must pass a criminal background check sponsored by The Brick
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent would be an asset but not mandatory
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent organization and communication skills
