Job Summary
Operate furnace equipment in a team environment to efficiently and safely manage production processes. Follow procedures, record and maintain process information, utilize measuring equipment to ensure control conditions, contribute to continuous process improvements, communicate with coworkers and supervisors, maintain a clean work area, assist other areas, and participate in training others. Base pay ranges from $15/hour to $18/hour with compensation varying by experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and write. Must be able to comprehend procedures, process documents, and work instructions.
- Must be able to write sufficiently to document the process
- Able to write sentences
- Thorough knowledge of all applicable process documentation.
- Exhibit positive team behaviors.
