Job Summary
Operate tow motors to move alloy to the furnace, load and unload molds into pre-heat ovens and casting units, and manage molten metal transfer at 2100 degrees. Perform basic furnace maintenance, execute 6S duties, and support foundry operators while adhering to detailed work instructions and safety policies. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to maintain product quality and operational success. Available for 1st or 3rd 12-hour shift schedules at Consolidated Precision Products Euclid.
Required Qualifications
- Available for 1st or 3rd 12 hr. Shift Schedules.
- Strong work history.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check.
- Must be willing to participate in pre-employment drug screening.
- Some positions require vision screening with or without corrective lenses.
- Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, workstation documents and Product Engineer Instructions (PEI).
- Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, and leadership.
- Ability to read and legibly write numbers and letters.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardized exists.
- All roles are restricted to U.S. persons (U.S. citizens, permanent residents and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act) due to access to export-controlled technology.
- CPP will require proof of status prior to employment.

- Prior manufacturing experience desired.
