Funeral Services Assistant

Funeral Services Assistant provides clerical and administrative support for funeral operations, including preparing services, setting up floral arrangements, handling documents, assisting with visitation and funeral services, greeting families, answering questions about funeral and cremation topics, and performing office duties. Roles require strong customer service, compassionate communication, ability to lift and dress remains as permitted, operation of office equipment, and driving knowledge. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and readiness to learn MS Office and databases. Responsible for assisting on services, overseeing transportation needs (where allowed by law), and supporting families through the service process. Located in San Antonio, TX (US).
