Funeral Services Assistant (part-time)

Deliver and set up floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, and urns for client services and visitations. Prepare documents related to services, cremations, and maintenance as directed by management. Assist with respectful preparation of remains, including dressing, lifting, and operating the crematory where permitted. Greet and receive client families, answer phones courteously, and provide information on funeral and cremation topics. Serve as an usher, park cars, and drive Funeral Home vehicles for services and picking up families. Wash and clean funeral home and client vehicles as required. Run errands for floral delivery and supply pickup. Ensure refreshments are available where allowed by law. Attend monthly staff meetings. Requires a valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record, high school diploma, and proficiency with MS Office. Located in Orange Park, FL.
