Funeral Services Assistant (part-time)

Deliver and set up floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, and urns for funeral, memorial, and other services. Prepare documents related to services, cremations, and maintenance as directed by management. Assist with respectful preparation of remains, including dressing and lifting deceased or operating crematory equipment where permitted. Greet client families, answer phones courteously, and provide information on funeral and cremation topics. Run errands for floral delivery and supply pickup, drive Funeral Home vehicles for services, and serve as an usher. Wash and clean funeral home and client vehicles as required. Attendance at monthly staff meetings is expected. Valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required. High school diploma or equivalent education is necessary. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
