Funeral Services Assistant (part-time)

Job Summary
Provides clerical and administrative assistance supporting funeral operations. Duties include greeting client families, answering phones, assisting with visitations and services, setting up floral arrangements and keepsakes, preparing service documents, operating office equipment, driving funeral home vehicles for services and pickups, and performing transportation duties as needed. Requires compassionate communication, professionalism, and ability to learn MS Office and databases; high school diploma or equivalent and valid driver’s license are required. Attendance at monthly staff meetings and adherence to company policies are expected.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required
