Job Summary
Provide clerical and administrative support for funeral operations; assist with services, floral arrangements, prepare documents, greet families, answer phones, assist with visitations and funeral services, drive funeral home vehicles, and perform office duties as directed. Attend monthly staff meetings and ensure compassionate, professional service consistent with company mission and policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state driver’s license
- Proficient with MS Office suite and databases
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred
