Funeral Service Crew

Collect the deceased from a range of locations and scenarios, bear coffins on funeral days, and drive funeral vehicles. Prepare coffins, engrave name plates, and prepare the deceased in our care for viewings and the funeral. Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and facilities, lift/carry coffins safely, and input detailed records in client management applications. Demonstrate empathy and professionalism with families, adhere to health and safety standards, and ensure regulatory compliance. No prior funeral industry experience required as full training is provided. 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, with occasional night shifts and a 1-in-11-week on-call rota (4:30pm-8pm weekdays and 8am-8pm weekends).
