Funeral Service Assistant

Deliver and set up floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, urns, and photos for funeral, memorial, and other services. Prepare documents related to services, cremations, and maintenance as directed by management. Assist with respectful preparation of remains, including dressing and lifting deceased or operating crematory equipment as permitted by law. Greet and receive client families, answer phones courteously, and provide information on funeral and cremation topics. Serve as an usher, park cars, and drive Funeral Home vehicles for services and picking up families. Wash and clean Funeral Home and client vehicles as required. Run errands for floral delivery and supply pickup. Attend monthly staff meetings. Maintain high levels of compassion, integrity, and clear communication skills. Valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
