Provides clerical and administrative assistance supporting funeral operations; assists with services, visitations, transportation, and arranging floral and keepsakes; greets families and provides information; prepares documents related to services and cremations; operates office equipment and MS Office; may drive funeral home vehicles; attends monthly staff meetings; requires compassionate, professional communication and team-oriented conduct; education requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
