Job Summary
Assist funeral operations with clerical and administrative tasks, including preparing for services, setting up floral arrangements and keepsakes, handling documents, greeting families, and supporting visitations and memorial/funeral services. Duties include answering phones and operating office equipment, driving funeral home vehicles for services and family pickups, assisting with transport and parking, and providing compassionate client support consistent with company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Proficient with MS Office suite and databases preferred; ability and willingness to learn required
