Funeral Service Assistant (part-time)

Deliver and set up floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, urns, and personal keepsakes for client services. Prepare documents related to services, cremations, and maintenance as directed by management. Assist with respectful preparation of remains, including dressing and lifting deceased or operating crematory equipment. Greet client families, answer phones courteously, and provide information on funeral and cremation topics. Serve as an usher, park cars, and drive funeral home vehicles for services and pickups. Wash and clean funeral home and client vehicles as required. Run errands for floral delivery and supply pickup. Ensure refreshments are available where permitted by law. Attend monthly staff meetings. Maintain a valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record. High school diploma or equivalent required; previous customer service experience preferred.
