Funeral Service Assistant (part-time)

Prepare floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, and urns for funeral, memorial, and other services as requested by clients and management. Deliver and set up personal keepsakes, mementos, and family items while assisting with respectful preparation of remains, including dressing and lifting deceased or operating crematory equipment as permitted by law. Greet and receive client families, answer phones courteously, and provide information on funeral and cremation topics. Perform office duties such as answering phones, operating fax machines, computers, and postage meters, and run errands for floral delivery and supply pickup. Serve as an usher, park cars, and drive Funeral Home vehicles for services and family pickups. Ensure refreshments are available where allowed by law and wash and clean Funeral Home and client vehicles as required.
