Job Summary
Provide expert guidance on funeral plans, helping clients understand options and plan their perfect service in line with regulations. Manage your own calendar to meet clients across your region, making and receiving calls or arranging face-to-face visits, and follow up on enquiries. Keep accurate records of client documentation, ensuring all information is managed safely with discretion and in a timely manner. Work closely with branch teams to provide guidance on funeral plan enquiries and support with administrative tasks when required. This role involves direct physical contact with the deceased as part of normal duties, requiring a full UK driver's licence and access to a vehicle. You will operate under FCA regulation, receiving training to become a certified colleague before advising clients on pre-need funeral plans.

- ability to be available for Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

- ability to cover Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds & District, Haverhill, Mill Road, Newmarket, Grantham, Bourne, Eye, Corby, Huntingdon, Midgate, Spalding
