Job Summary
Funeral Home Manager at Graceland/Fairlawn and Moran & Goebel Funeral Homes in Decatur, IL. Plan events, lead a cooperative team, direct funeral home operations, and achieve location-based annual case volume and revenue goals while managing expenses. Select, train, and motivate staff to deliver service that exceeds family expectations. Requires Illinois Licensed Funeral Director (or ability to reciprocate), 5+ years in the field, and 2+ years of management/leadership experience.
