Job Summary
Funeral Director/Embalmer responsible for managing funeral services, embalming, and client consultations in a supportive environment, ensuring exceptional service to families during their time of need.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience preferred
- 5 years’ experience as a licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer
- Valid and applicable state Funeral Director and Embalmer License
- Valid state issued driver’s license in good standing
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to empathize with client families and their guests
- Ability to effectively handle emotionally charged situations
