Funeral Director and Embalmer - Denver, CO

Funeral Director and Embalmer at our Lakewood, CO location. Duties include providing care and guidance to families during and after the arrangement process, supervising and supporting funeral, visitation, memorial and graveside services, and floating between chapels in the Aurora/Lakewood area as needed. Responsible for assisting with the preparation of decedents, assisting with removals, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Must hold a Funeral Director and Embalmer license valid in your area or have the ability to reciprocate, and have passed the National Board Exam. Minimum one year of similar or related experience preferred. Valid driver's license required with acceptable driving record. Proficiency in communication with management and supervised employees; ability to travel as needed and lift/carry tasks as specified.
