Job Summary
Funeral Assistant at Carriage Services (Naples, FL) supports Funeral Directors and location staff to ensure smooth services, greets and directs client families and guests, escorts them to chapels/parlors, distributes memorialization materials, and assists with guest needs during visitation and memorialization events. Responsibilities include maintaining a professional, caring demeanor, handling flowers and refreshments, preparing spaces prior to services, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires effective communication, empathy for families, ability to respond to client needs, and ability to lift substantial weight; indoor/outdoor work with safety procedures and driving a company vehicle as needed. Compensation starts at $18+ per hour for part-time hours.
