Job Summary
Funeral Arranger duties include building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and the community, arranging family visits and answering client questions, ensuring the funeral home is clean, safe, and welcoming, managing client documentation and invoicing using digital systems, referring regulated work to Funeral Plan Arrangers, assisting with manual handling of coffins and preparation of the deceased, updating client management applications, and providing high-quality service with empathy and discretion. The role involves contact with the deceased as part of duties; training is provided and a competitive salary and benefits are offered. Good communication, numerical skills for cash handling and invoicing, attention to detail, IT proficiency across devices and systems, and the ability to carry out physical tasks are required.
