Job Summary
Perform a variety of tasks during the funeral and memorialization process, assisting Funeral Directors and staff to ensure services run smoothly and meet the expectations of client families. Responsibilities include greeting and directing families and guests, managing public spaces, overseeing parking, and representing the business ethically and professionally in the community. This role requires a strong customer service orientation, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive demeanor.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state issued driver’s license in good standing and acceptable driving record
- Able to read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Demonstrated willingness to participate in growing market share through personal community involvement
- Ability to empathize with client families and their guests
- Maintains a positive attitude and working environment through organization and communication
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
