Funds Specialist

Monitor implementation of individual fund policies, audit accounts, and review reconciliations to report mismanagement or abuse. Coordinate funds per money management plans, administer pre-paid bank card programs, and process routine personal spending requests with recorded receipts. Make payments for room, board, utilities, and medical co-payments, while reconciling transaction registers monthly and verifying account balances. Assist with opening trusts, handling funds during death events, and reporting asset information to benefit entities. Promptly report suspected misuse of funds. Requires current driver's license, proficiency in accounting applications, and detail-oriented skills to manage individual funds for persons served.
