Job Summary
Act as the primary point of contact for company secretarial services for a portfolio of regulated funds and Irish companies. Agree board calendars, formulate agendas including regulatory requirements, and collate board papers into hard and soft copies for circulation. Arrange board meeting logistics, attend meetings to take detailed minutes, and draft and circulate action points. Assist with general meetings by drafting notices, collating proxy forms, and ensuring sufficient votes are received. Prepare and submit annual returns to the Companies Registration Office and filings with the Central Bank of Ireland. Maintain statutory books and records while effectively delegating and managing the day-to-day workload of junior team members. Ensure application of internal policies and manage relationships with all stakeholders. Get involved in internal projects and initiatives. Requires 7+ years of experience in the regulated funds industry.
Required Qualifications
- Experienced company secretary in the regulated funds industry
- Minimum of 7+ years' experience
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act and corporate governance requirements for regulated entities
- Experience of working in a fast paced professional environment with focus on attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Experience of managing and owning relationships with key stakeholder
- Proficiency in using MS Office suite of applications as well as pdf docs
