Job Summary
Fundraising Operations Manager overseeing day-to-day operations of the calling department, including campaign execution, client communication, and HR-related activities. Responsibilities include campaign setup and successful execution, logistics coordination, process improvements, onboarding and system setup for new hires, payroll/commission tracking support, and maintaining efficient calling technologies and workflows. The role acts as the operational right hand to leadership, driving projects from start to finish with a focus on ownership, proactive problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination within a mission-driven nonprofit environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of operations, project management, or department management experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
- Highly accountable, resourceful, and execution-oriented
- Experience with recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, or team operations preferred
- Experience in fundraising, nonprofit organizations, call centers, or customer-facing operations is a plus
