Fundraising Project Coordinator (6-Month Contract)

Job Summary
Develop and implement fundraising strategies and plans to mobilize resources for the land acquisition project. Coordinate fundraising campaigns, events, and donor engagement activities while building relationships with parishioners, donors, and stakeholders. Identify new fundraising opportunities and partnerships, then monitor progress and prepare periodic reports. Collaborate with the Parish Priest, project committee, and other stakeholder groups to achieve project goals. Submit a cover letter, detailed CV with three professional referees, and copies of relevant academic and professional certificates. This six-month contract includes a salary of Ksh. 25,000 - 30,000 monthly.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, Communications, Social Sciences or a related field
- At least two (2) years of relevant work experience, preferably in project coordination, business development, marketing or fundraising
- Demonstrated initiative, agility and drive, with the ability to work independently and achieve results
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- High standards of integrity, professionalism and commitment to the values and mission of the Catholic Church
