Job Summary
As the Manager of Walk to End Alzheimer’s, you will implement the Walk to End Alzheimer’s®, manage peer-to-peer fundraising events, and drive revenue goals by cultivating community and corporate connections. Key responsibilities include volunteer recruitment and training, relationship building with corporate sponsors, overseeing event logistics, and ensuring adherence to event standards. The role demands excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work with diverse communities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media tools. The position requires frequent travel and the ability to work flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of proven experience in recruiting and mobilizing volunteers to achieve goals
Desired Qualifications
- Peer-to-peer fundraising experience or equivalent sales background
Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory by car
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required for the job
- Must have a valid driver's license, access to reliable vehicle, good driving record and proof of automobile insurance
