Job Summary
Lead CAP's fundraising team to grow regular income streams and ensure long-term sustainability; develop and execute CAP’s annual fundraising plan; manage a team of 6; drive donor acquisition, retention and engagement; implement reporting/forecasting for income streams; report to the Fundraising & Communications Director; align with CAP's values and Te Tiriti-honouring principles while contributing to transforming lives affected by money chaos in Aotearoa.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years proven experience in a comparable fundraising leadership role
- Proven success developing and delivering successful fundraising strategies
- Strong knowledge of fundraising principles and best practice, including donor acquisition, retention and engagement
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience leading teams and driving performance
