Job Summary
Build and manage the complete campaign calendar, securing press coverage, podcast appearances, and speaking engagements. Organize founder dinners, investor events, and regional meetings while handling founder schedules, travel, and briefings. Coordinate PR agencies, event partners, and external suppliers, then track deadlines, bookings, and deliverables. Identify and resolve issues independently, providing weekly progress updates with risks and next steps. Requires experience leading campaigns from planning through execution, a strong network across the Gulf, and the ability to travel across the GCC.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a campaign from planning through execution
- Background in PR, communications, events, political campaigns, product launches, conferences, or similar work
- Strong professional network across the Gulf, particularly in Saudi Arabia and Qatar
- Good knowledge of regional media, events, and platforms such as LEAP, GITEX, Misk, and Hub71
- Experience working directly with founders, executives, or senior leaders
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working without close supervision
- Consistent availability throughout the full campaign period
- Willingness and ability to travel across the GCC when required
