Job Summary
Deliver challenging events, digital fundraising, and volunteering projects while supporting the Corporate Partnerships Account Manager. Manage the development and delivery of key initiatives including the London Youth Awards, site visits, and new income streams. Collaborate with the Communications team to create on and offline assets, maintain accurate website content, and serve as the primary contact for all fundraising and communications enquiries. Conduct research, lead projects, and provide administrative support by recording data accurately in Salesforce and SharePoint. Contribute to annual plans, strategies, and budget planning while reflecting the organization's inclusive culture and safeguarding values.
Required Qualifications
- A good understanding of income streams and how fundraising teams function
- A good understanding of communications teams, their key responsibilities, and how they function
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to engage with stakeholders
- Proven administrative experience
- Experience of support on the development and delivery of events
- Demonstrable experience of undertaking and present research
- Demonstrable experience of leading on projects
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends when required
