Funding Verifier (Auto)

Funding Verifier role at Fairstone Bank family; responsible for reviewing loan documentation for funding compliance with internal funding policies; manage a busy workflow and meet service standards and turnaround times; follow up with dealerships to resolve pending/missing items via phone, fax and email; process contracts and trailing documents; perform detailed document review to ensure accuracy and proper execution; provide prompt, professional, customer-oriented service to internal and external stakeholders; bilingual communication in French and English (50/50) required; must be highly detail-oriented with strong arithmetic and analytical skills; proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook; hybrid work model with in-office presence in Montreal, QC.
