Job Summary
Seeking a Funding Supervisor responsible for overseeing daily funding operations and supporting a team of funders. Key responsibilities include managing the funding process for approved loan applications, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, mentoring funders, and resolving escalated issues. Requires experience in funding, leadership, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of financial regulations and processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Loan Origination Systems are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or an associate degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, or related field
- A minimum of 5+ years of funding experience
- A minimum of 2+ years in a team lead, supervisor, or manager role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to perform applicable mathematical calculations
- Familiarity with Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
- Research and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Experience providing training, mentorship, or guidance to junior funding associates
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Professional degree
- Experience in founding, co-founding or working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience in Powersports Finance Industry (motorcycle, ATVs UTVs, PWCs)
- Experience in a FinTech startup
