Funder

Assist in managing correspondent client (“Seller”) relationships, analyze and compile data related to seller loan purchasing transactions with Acra Lending. The Funder will be responsible for purchasing closed loans in a timely manner in accordance with company and investor requirements, and will perform duties including review of loan closing packages, ensuring compliance with federal/state/local laws, preparing purchase advice, inputting loan information into loan systems, and coordinating with accounting/shipping departments to resolve discrepancies. Requires thorough knowledge of mortgage loan closing, underwriting procedures, document review, and strong communication, organizational, and data-analysis skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management tools; ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet SLAs.
