Job Summary
Fund Servicing Associate II at JPMorganChase responsible for overseeing the maintenance of accurate accounting and securities records for administered funds, ensuring adherence to prescribed controls; investigating and resolving issues when transactions breach validation tolerances; implementing operational procedures to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time; partnering with Operations, Technology, Product, Sales, and Program Management; identifying vulnerabilities and driving continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and resilience, with a focus on cybersecurity and anti-fraud measures; requires advanced analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to organize one’s own work and potentially that of a team.
Required Qualifications
- Five years of experience in fund accounting and administration
- Experience maintaining accurate accounting and securities records
- Experience resolving issues related to accounting or securities transactions
- Experience implementing operational procedures and controls
- Proficiency in cybersecurity and anti-fraud measures
- Strong emotional intelligence with history of building relationships and influencing outcomes
- Experience collaborating across multiple business areas/functions
- Preferred: experience in financial reporting, fund administration, accounting, and/or custody (five years preferred)
