Required Qualifications

- Experience proposing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and resilience in an operational environment
- Strong active listening and questioning techniques to understand client needs
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple assignments
- Willingness to travel to Boston for training (if needed)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or CPA (preferred)
