Job Summary
The Fund Servicing Analyst will manage and support day-to-day Transfer Agency operations, including maintaining the shareholder register for investment funds, ensuring accurate transaction processing (account opening and maintenance, deals/trades processing, pricing, cash processing/settlement, reporting, and reconciliations), performing AML checks, and delivering timely regulatory and client reporting. The role involves assisting the Fund Servicing Manager I, contributing to process improvements, updating standard operating procedures, supporting data requests and investigations to resolve client queries, and participating in projects to enhance service quality and compliance within the Security Services Operations team. Strong knowledge of Transfer Agent systems, MS Office, and effective communication are required, along with a proactive, collaborative approach and a commitment to high-quality client service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years relevant Financial Institution experience with Transfer Agent experience
- Working knowledge of Transfer Agent administration systems
- MS Office proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English)
- Ability to take ownership and drive results
- Adaptability to changing processes and requirements
- Ability to provide high-quality client service
- Ability to work under limited direction
- Willingness to learn technology and applications used within the business
