Job Summary
Fund Servicing Analyst responsible for managing the bank loan life cycle events, trade instruction capture, and settlements within Fund Services. Collaborates with fund accounting, client services, fund managers, and agent banks to ensure seamless operations and client service. Develops knowledge of client base and builds relationships with Investment Managers and third parties; creates, maintains, and updates procedures for client-specific deliverables; reviews daily controls and communicates changes to the team; ensures deadlines and documentation are in place; supports testing and implementation of system enhancements. Requires Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in bank debt/leveraged loan operations, strong communication and relationship-building skills, attention to detail, time management, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of LSTA/LMA standard documents and financial data providers such as Bloomberg, ClearPar, and IHS Markit.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, with minimum 2 years relevant work experience in bank debt / leveraged loan operations
- Excellent communication and relationship/partnership-building skills both with team members as well as other business partners
- Strong attention to detail with a control mindset, time management, planning skills and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities
- Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to accept new assignments and challenges in a rapidly changing environment
- Strong decision-making skills, ability to identify problems and propose solutions. Exhibit initiative to raise issues to appropriate/relevant parties when needed
