Fund Services Plus Supervisor - Private Equity

Job Summary
Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, footnotes, workpaper packages, and investor reporting packages for private equity and real estate fund administration clients. Facilitate day-to-day operating activities including cash management, wire setup, management fees, carried interest calculations, subsequent closes, credit facility maintenance, deal funding, and expense payments. Become an expert user of the firm's fund administration technology platform to assist with onboarding new clients, setting up investors, and executing capital calls and distribution calculations. Maintain investor data, respond to ad-hoc inquiries from clients and limited partners, and coordinate with external auditors and tax providers for year-end audits. Help train new and junior-level staff once established.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Big 4 or national accounting firms fund accounting experience in the private equity industry
- Ability to interpret/applying the financial and operational terms of Limited Partnership Agreements for private equity funds
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting
- CPA and/or CA
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficient knowledge of fund accounting software (Investran, E-Front, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Possesses a strong work ethic, personal and professional integrity, and a positive attitude
- Strong oral and written communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment and handle multiple projects

Desired Qualifications
- CPA and/or CA preferred
- Allvue and Yardi experience are a huge plus
