Job Summary
Fund Reporting Analyst role focusing on preparing and distributing investor communications and quarterly fund-level client reporting for private equity fund-of-funds, feeder funds, and hedge funds. Responsible for reviewing sponsor reports, drafting client updates, analyzing and validating quantitative fund and portfolio data, coordinating internal compliance, ensuring timely distribution to clients, reviewing hedge fund fact cards, drafting capital call and distribution notices, and acting as Private Equity product specialist for information requests. Requires 1-3 years in hedge funds/private equity/real estate, strong Excel/PowerPoint/data manipulation skills, excellent writing and communication abilities, ability to manage multiple tasks, and a collaborative proactive approach. Office-based in Lisbon, Portugal with a 4 days/week in-office schedule and 1 remote day (Friday).
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in hedge funds/private equity/real estate preferred or open to recent grads with relevant experience
- experience in report writing/investor communications/business writing
- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- office 4 days a week with 1 day remote (Friday)
