Job Summary
Manage daily service delivery and production activities for a functional team, ensuring seamless processing according to fund policies and meeting all SLAs. Approve high-value transactions and act as the primary escalation point for operational issues, providing technical expertise to resolve daily problems. Coordinate the implementation of new funds, systems, and processes while identifying and implementing consistent operational best practices. Lead staff development through performance appraisals, coaching, and hiring decisions, and manage departmental overtime budgets. Report unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity in accordance with corporate policy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce / Economics with a specialization in Business, Accounting, Finance
- Overall experience of 12+ years
- At least 5+ years of Fund Accounting/Unlisted investment accounting experience
- Experience in a management or supervisory capacity
- Knowledge of securities language
- Knowledge of Corporate Actions
- Knowledge of Income & Expense accruals
- Knowledge of SEC Yields
- Knowledge of Distributions
- Knowledge of NAV calculations
Desired Qualifications
- Equivalent experience to Bachelor's Degree in Commerce / Economics with a specialization in Business, Accounting, Finance
