Job Summary
Manage organizational priorities as a strategic partner to the President, streamlining processes and tracking key initiatives. Coordinate loan pipeline workflows from intake through closing while overseeing compliance and reporting across grants, philanthropic investments, and national capital investors. Prepare board materials, manage committee meetings, and ensure follow-through on governance decisions and action items. Track budgets, expenditures, and reporting timelines to maintain alignment with funding sources and support audits. Serve as a liaison with stakeholders, partners, and community leaders, representing the organization professionally in meetings and engagements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in executive support, operations, consulting, program management, or similar roles
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects, compliance, or reporting across multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational, systems-building, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting boards and governance structures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for external reporting and stakeholder communications
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment
- Ability to anticipate needs and operate independently in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce and project management tools
- Based in or willing to relocate to Tulsa, OK
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in nonprofit, housing, community development, or impact investing sectors
- Familiarity with multi-source capital structures (grants, philanthropic funding, and investment capital)
- Experience with investor relations, compliance, and reporting requirements
- Familiarity with loan processes, financial tracking, or fund operations
- Established relationships or deep familiarity with the Tulsa community
