Job Summary
Associate/Vice President, Fund Operations Service Delivery — lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing operations team across fund services and data solutions, overseeing production and validation of financial statements and client reporting; drive process improvements, governance, and client satisfaction; build relationships with internal and external stakeholders; ensure service delivery outside Taiwan while representing JP Morgan as the operational subject matter expert for Fund Services to clients in Taiwan; require Mandarin proficiency, strategic planning, and ability to manage cross-functional teams and onboarding of new business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in financial reporting, audit, fund accounting, and/or fund administration related roles; with at least 5 years in supervisory role
- Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin to communicate with stakeholders in Taiwan
- Solid understanding of various investments types, their account treatment and data vendor systems (i.e. Bloomberg)
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across various teams (Data Solutions, Client Service, Sales, Technology, Product)
- Demonstrated proficiency in strategic planning and process automation, with a track record of enhancing operational efficiency in client service delivery
- Advanced skills in change management, with experience in resolving complex client issues and maintaining client satisfaction
- Flexibility to work additional hours during peak reporting periods when needed
