Job Summary
Fund Operations Analyst responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of managed private equity funds across cash treasury management, trade settlement and reconciliations, entity and bank account setup, and investor relations support. Key duties include coordinating trade settlements and reconciliations with counterparties and KYC requests, managing cash balances and vendor payments, coordinating operational setup of new entities and bank accounts, assisting with investor requests, and supporting new fund launches. Requires 2–3 years in private equity/hedge funds/banking and a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting. Must be comfortable working with a third-party fund administrator and possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of operations experience in private equity, hedge funds, or banking
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Working knowledge of the trade life cycle: settlements, reconciliations, counterparty coordination
- Comfortable working directly with a third-party fund administrator
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines
