Job Summary
Conduct fund finance legal work for syndicated lending, commercial lending, leverage finance, fund formation, CLOs, asset-based lending, NAV financings, or acquisition financings. Manage interactions with preeminent bank, asset manager, and lending clients while leveraging experience in relevant lending practices. Requires 3-6 years of relevant experience, excellent academic credentials, and solid law firm legal experience. Base salary ranges from $260,000 to $420,000 depending on qualifications, experience, and location (New York, Charlotte, or London).
