Job Summary
Conduct donor cultivation and stewardship for Girl Scouts Heart of Michigan by making phone calls to set up meetings with corporate and individual donors, including cold outreach to prospective and lapsed donors. Meet with donors to deliver the Girl Scout mission and secure donations while maintaining donor records in the Donor Perfect CRM. Assist in developing fund development plans, processes, and procedures to support organizational growth. Full-time role requiring at least 40 hours weekly, with potential evening and weekend work during peak seasons.
Required Qualifications
- Full-time position working at least 40 hours per week
