Fund Controller

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting deliverables across multiple clients by reviewing financial statements, partner capital statements, and key reports. Provide technical accounting expertise and industry insights to clients while coordinating external audits and annual tax reporting with third-party firms. Prepare and review partner capital calls, waterfall models, distribution notices, and management fee calculations. Lead, train, and mentor team members through clear objectives, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure compliance with internal controls and policies. Build strong client relationships by managing expectations and consistently meeting deliverables.
